Joe Flanigan has appeared in numerous television shows including Sisters, Cupid and First Monday and, he has also appeared in the movies Family Album, Farewell to Harry and Thoughtcrimes. However he is probably best known for his portrayal of Lieutenant Colonel John Sheppard, on MGM's Stargate Atlantis.
